Remote Rideshare and UM/UIM Associate Attorney
This role is critical in providing legal expertise in rideshare and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense litigation. Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Remote Rideshare And UM/UIM Associate Attorney Responsibilities
• Provide legal support to 1-2 partners, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Manage a caseload of 8-30 cases, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Conduct client interactions and court appearances as required.
• Handle all aspects of case management from inception to resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, as well as take and defend depositions.
Remote Rideshare And UM/UIM Associate Attorney Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience in rideshare and UM/UIM defense litigation.
• 2-3 years of experience in drafting and arguing motions and taking/defending depositions preferred.
• Must be barred in California.
