[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new opportunities and build relationships within the global gaming ecosystem, directly supporting the Business Development team. Responsibilities - Research and identify prospective clients across the gaming ecosystem - Generate new opportunities through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and timing - Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and development needs - Maintain consistent outreach cadences and follow-ups to build early interest - Clearly communicate Virtuos’ value proposition and service capabilities - Schedule discovery meetings and hand off well-qualified opportunities to Business Development Managers - Manage early-stage pipeline activity in Salesforce with accurate, up-to-date records - Track outreach, lead status, and conversion progress; flag pipeline gaps or bottlenecks - Share relevant market and competitive insights; support sales and marketing campaigns and events - Stay informed on video game industry trends, emerging studios, publishers, and evolving development needs Skills - 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to research prospects and generate qualified leads - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets - Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or technology sales - Familiarity with the video games or entertainment industry - Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Benefits - Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting - Generous paid vacation and sick leave - Paid parental leave from day one - Flexible work arrangements - Ongoing learning and development opportunities - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Opportunity to collaborate with world-class talent behind some of the industry’s most recognized games - Chance to contribute to projects with leading publishers such as 2K, Sony, Square Enix, Activision, Microsoft and etc. - A people-first, collaborative culture Company Overview - Founded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies.
