They are seeking a Sales Director / Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry by leveraging and deepening trusted industry relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own complex, relationship-driven sales cycles - from opportunity identification within existing networks to deal structuring and closure
- Activate and expand an existing network of senior Supply Chain & Logistics decision-makers to generate qualified opportunities
- Deliver against revenue and growth targets through strategic account acquisition and expansion
- Position Innovecs as a long-term IT services and outsourcing partner to enterprise Supply Chain leaders
- Act as a trusted industry advisor, bringing market insights into client conversations and internal solution development
- Partner closely with delivery and solution teams to design and sell tailored, high-value service offerings
- Provide executive-level forecasting, deal governance, and pipeline visibility to leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of senior sales or account leadership experience selling IT services / outsourcing within the Supply Chain & Logistics domain
- Proven ability to convert long-standing industry relationships into complex IT services or outsourcing engagements
- Established network of enterprise and/or mid-market decision-makers in Supply Chain & Logistics is expected
- Demonstrated success in managing and monetizing executive-level client relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Strategic, ownership-driven mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Established client relationships in Supply Chain & Logistics, capable of generating impact early on
- Experience positioning advanced technologies as part of complex, service-based solutions
