They are seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Marketing to enable the Sales organization by developing sales collateral, managing content resources, and supporting training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, and how-to guides
- Ensure all sales and marketing content remains organized, accurate, current, and easily accessible
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Training teams to provide Account Executives and Partner Managers with effective sales resources and learning materials
- Create compelling, audience-focused messaging that simplifies complex products and technical features
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute integrated marketing initiatives
- Build and improve scalable content management and team processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze engagement metrics and use data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness and support revenue growth
- Support ongoing sales enablement initiatives by developing tools and resources that improve sales productivity
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related field
- Experience creating sales collateral and training materials for sales organizations
- Advanced presentation design skills using tools such as: Google Slides, Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign
- Experience developing marketing content, including: Presentations, Whitepapers, Infographics, Webinars, Customer success stories, Product videos, User guides and training documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong storytelling ability with experience translating technical concepts into clear, engaging content
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute integrated campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize work and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in Content Creation and Content Marketing
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
- Experience supporting Sales Enablement programs
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environment
- Familiarity with digital advertising, media, or SaaS businesses is a plus
