They are seeking a Sales Engineer who will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, helping customers adopt and expand their use of Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, proof of concepts, and ongoing technical partnership
- Build trust with technical customers and understand complex environments
- Help teams move from pain points to working solutions
- Partner with data teams, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders
- Ask good questions, listen closely, and know how to turn ambiguity into action
- Become conversant in customer environments and explain complex concepts clearly
- Engage in discovery calls, solution design, proof of concepts, onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical enablement
- Translate technical features into real value for customers
- Work well with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and leadership
- Bring the right people together to solve the right problem
