- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from first contact through after-sale follow-up
- Strong closing skills, active listening, and confidence on the phone
- Discipline to work independently and drive your own pipeline
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Ability to follow structured call flows and track key performance metrics
