They are seeking a Channel Sales Specialist responsible for managing outreach efforts to convert leads into business, requiring strong sales acumen and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage outreach to a defined cohort list in order to maximize meetings set
- Conduct meetings with cohort account leadership, including marketing managers, operations personnel, and C-suite members
- Monitor account statuses from outreach to meetings set to accounts in negotiation to closes, while implementing refinements to each stage
- Coordinate effectively with colleagues and leadership to identify upsell opportunities
- Maximize outreach-to-meeting rates and log progress in HubSpot CRM
- Surface client feedback, objections, and competitive insights to help refine go-to-market strategy
- Consistently follow established outreach cadences while testing new messaging to improve conversion rates
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of meetings by proactively reengaging dormant opportunities and following up on open conversations
Skills
- 1-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success
- Proven experience in marketing and advertising, preferably with a focus on SEO
- Embodies an ownership mindset to navigate challenges with professionalism
- Exceptional ability to develop, consistently execute, and optimize repeatable processes
- Eagerness to learn and refine professional skillsets
- Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working with diverse teams
- Experienced in delivering compelling presentations to senior executives
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail
- Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Knowledge of the Yext platform is highly desirable
