Fundingo is a Salesforce-native loan management platform that helps alternative lenders and specialty finance companies streamline their operations. They are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to manage client requests, from gathering requirements to designing solutions and providing training. The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce skills to enhance client engagement and system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and clarify requirements for a specific request, enhancement, or feature
- Analyze client documentation, processes, and data to determine requirements and make recommendations
- Document client requirements clearly for both internal reference and client sign-off
- Design and recommend solutions to address the specific business need or enhancement requested, solving business problems through the Fundingo product and Salesforce tools
- Build and configure custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, security/permission settings, and Experience Cloud
- Coordinate with third-party apps (Conga, DocuSign, etc.) and integration partners as needed
- Complete data imports/exports related to the specific request
- Recommend best practices and proactively identify ways for clients to grow and improve their systems
- Train clients on new functionality or changes delivered, including walkthroughs of the Fundingo loan management application
- Create training plans and documentation scoped to the request
- Monitor user adoption of the delivered change and recommend follow-up support as needed
- Communicate with clients throughout the request to obtain feedback and approval
- Support client questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Act as liaison between clients and internal technical teams when escalation is needed
- Manage multiple concurrent client requests and enhancements across different accounts
Skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- 1+ years working directly with end users/clients
- Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to see the big-picture business process while drilling down into the specific solution needed
- Natural curiosity — always asking questions and seeking to learn more
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and people skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience Cloud build/configuration experience is a plus
- Background in financial services/lending industry is a plus
