Growe Global is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Retail Lead Consultant to join a leading global SAP Partner specializing exclusively in Retail and Fashion solutions. This is a senior consulting role leading SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation programmes for some of the world's best-known retailers and fashion brands.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations, rollouts, and transformation programmes
- Acting as the functional lead across SAP Retail, providing solution design, best practice, and delivery leadership
- Leading client workshops, business process design sessions, and solution architecture discussions
- Designing and delivering end-to-end SAP Retail processes including Merchandise Management, Master Data, Pricing & Promotions, Assortments, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Store Operations
- Working closely with solution architects, technical teams, and integration specialists across SAP CAR, SAP BTP, and other SAP technologies
- Managing senior client stakeholders, including Directors, Business Leaders, and IT leadership teams
- Leading functional teams, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting successful project delivery
- Supporting presales activities, solution demonstrations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and customer presentations
Skills
- Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations across Retail or Fashion organizations
- Deep functional expertise across SAP Retail processes and best practices
- Experience leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into SAP solutions
- Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholders
- Previous experience leading functional teams on large-scale SAP transformation programmes
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA Retail with SAP CAR, POS, eCommerce, or omnichannel solutions would be highly desirable
- Experience within Fashion, Grocery, or Specialty Retail industries
