Responsibilities
- Designing, configuring, and optimizing SuccessFactors Compensation modules for client organizations
- Support effective configuration and execution of compensation cycles
- Develop and apply Compensation Strategies that align with organizational objectives and market practices
- Ensure accurate role classification, pay structures, and internal equity
- Implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Manage multiple client stakeholders
- Communicating clearly in written and spoken English
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant compensation policies and regulations
Skills
- Strong skills in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management to support effective configuration and execution of compensation cycles
- Ability to develop and apply Compensation Strategies that align with organizational objectives and market practices
- Experience in Job Evaluation and Job Analysis to ensure accurate role classification, pay structures, and internal equity
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of HR processes, pay structures, incentive plans, and performance management integration
- Comfort working remotely, managing multiple client stakeholders, and communicating clearly in written and spoken English
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, data integrity, and compliance with relevant compensation policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Compensation Certification is highly recommended
- Professional HR or SAP certifications are an advantage
