Guided Health Therapy is a fully virtual pediatric therapy practice serving homeschool, microschool, and independent-learning families across Texas and Arizona. We deliver occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language services directly to children where they learn at home.
We're a therapist-founded, clinician-led company built around a simple idea: great pediatric therapy doesn't require a commute. Our contractors set their own availability, build their own caseloads, and focus on what they do best — helping kids make progress.
The Role
We're looking for licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide teletherapy sessions and evaluations to pediatric clients (school-age) in Texas and/or Arizona. You'll work directly with motivated families in flexible learning environments, with parents who are engaged and present — a refreshing change from the traditional school-based model.
What you'll do:
• Provide 1:1 virtual therapy sessions to pediatric clients via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and produce evaluation reports
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and goals
• Document sessions in a timely, compliant manner (AI-assisted documentation tools available)
• Communicate with parents/caregivers on progress, home programs, and carryover strategies
• Maintain licensure, insurance, and clearance requirements in your state(s) of practice
Compensation & Perks

Requirements
• Active, unrestricted license in Arizona and/or Texas in your discipline:
• Occupational Therapy: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L preferred)
• Physical Therapy: Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT preferred)
• Speech-Language Pathology: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (school-based or teletherapy experience a plus)
• Ability to pass state-required background/fingerprint clearance (Required for Texas only)
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and a private, professional workspace
• Comfort delivering engaging therapy via telehealth to school-age children
• Strong documentation habits and independent time management
About the 1099 Relationship
This is an independent contractor position. You'll control your own schedule, methods, and availability. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, licensure, and insurance. A signed Independent Contractor Agreement is required prior to beginning services.
