Key Responsibilities:
- Embody Agile values, principles, and practices to drive solution delivery and process improvement
- Facilitate seamless communication between external groups and project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
- Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and cultivate a culture of agility, learning, and growth
- Lead daily team meetings to track progress, address roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track
- Host regular update sessions with product stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and milestones
- Ensure teams meet deadlines with desired outcomes, while planning and organizing demos and product/system testing
- Remove impediments, ensure collaborative processes, and track project processes, deliverables, and financials
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Scrum Master Certification is required
