Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 2PM Talent is seeking a highly organized, relationship-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. This role involves overseeing projects from concept through delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met while maintaining strong communication with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Account Manager and day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as an advocate for both client needs and internal project objectives
- Develop and implement project action plans in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to mitigate risks
- Create, manage, and communicate project timelines and key milestones
- Lead project onboarding and kick-off processes with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate concept development and design review processes, including client presentations and feedback sessions
- Collaborate closely with project management, design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage client approvals, project updates, and scope alignment throughout the engagement
- Support pricing discussions and ensure commercial expectations are clearly communicated
- Understand each client's business objectives and recommend solutions that align with their strategic and financial goals
- Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and post-installation communications as required
- Maintain ongoing client engagement after project completion to support retention and uncover additional opportunities
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional revenue through expanded partnerships and solution offerings
- Provide strategic oversight and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Travel occasionally as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, Retail Environments, Store Development, or Custom Fixtures/Displays
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to understand client business goals and align solutions accordingly
- Proactive and resourceful, with a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
