Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Impact Clients is looking for a Senior Ads Creative Strategist / Media Buyer to take full ownership of their paid acquisition strategy. The role involves building media buying operations, managing campaigns, and working closely with a content team to create high-converting ads.
Responsibilities
- Build from scratch the ads strategy to push 6 figures/month spend into proven to convert VSLs
- End-to-end media buying strategy for Meta ads, with potential growth into Google, TikTok and native
- Campaign architecture and Business Manager / ad account structure built for high-volume, high-spend performance
- Aggressive testing velocity with rapid creative iteration and scaling in partnership with the content team
- Account health and platform compliance: maintaining strong account standing, resolving disapprovals, and managing the appeals process
- Tracking, attribution, and reporting, owning CAC, ROAS, and LTV as the numbers you live and die by
- Copy for ads at first, with the possibility of hiring copywriters later to increase ad volume
Skills
- Multiple years scaling direct-response / performance offers at meaningful spend
- Proven track record in fast-moving DR verticals (info products, online education, business-opportunity, e-com, or similar)
- Deep, hands-on expertise structuring and managing ad accounts and BMs at scale
- Strong grasp of platform policy and how to keep accounts healthy, prevent bans all while pushing volume
- Fully self-directed: you can run the whole function without hand-holding
- Ideal candidate is an ambitious ads strategist that wants full ownership and to have a very high upside
