The Senior Analyst - Operations Analytics will own the analyses that shape fulfillment operations, ensuring decisions are data-driven and providing insights to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- You build and own the dashboards and KPIs that operations leaders use to run the business
- You dig into the data to spot trends and inefficiencies before they become expensive, then bring a clear recommendation, not just a chart
- You help build the forecasts and capacity models that feed operational plans and budgets
- You turn complex analysis into something an operations VP can act on in five minutes
Skills
- 3+ years in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or capacity and fulfillment management
- Strong skills in Excel and a BI tool (we use Metabase and Tableau; Power BI experience transfers fine)
- The ability to turn messy operational data into a clear recommendation
- Comfort working directly with operations teams, not just sending reports over the wall
- Experience with statistical modeling is a plus, especially for forecasting and capacity work
