The primary responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting project delivery throughout the Agile/Scrum SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, and backlog grooming sessions
- Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the Agile/Scrum SDLC
- Write clear acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating business requirements
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, SQL, Excel, and Power BI for requirement management, documentation, reporting, and data analysis
- Monitor project progress, manage requirement changes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Support end-to-end implementation by providing functional guidance, documentation, and post-deployment business support
Skills
- Minimum Experience: 10+ Years
- Must-Have Technologies: JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Agile/Scrum, UAT
