They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a consultative design expert for Salesforce solutions, leading digital transformation initiatives and ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive CRM data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics
- Translate business workflows into high-level system designs and object models within Sales Cloud
- Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative tools
- Partner with developers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions
- Support enterprise integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Customer Support, and Data Warehouse platforms
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI, and automation opportunities
- Validate system functionality through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to confirm business alignment
- Deliver vetted functional blueprints to Execution Leads and IT teams to guide the development lifecycle
- Oversee configuration stability to help to ensure technical execution matches high-level strategic objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of business analyst experience within the Salesforce platform
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
