They are seeking a Senior Commercial Operations & CRM Consultant to engage with clients, understand their business objectives, and translate those into data-driven, AI, and CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, commercial processes, and operational challenges
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
- Translate business needs into data, analytics, AI, and CRM-enabled solutions
- Support commercial transformation initiatives across sales operations, revenue operations, and commercial excellence functions
- Collaborate with business, analytics, AI, and technology teams to define and implement scalable solutions
- Advise stakeholders on process improvements, operating model enhancements, and CRM best practices
- Drive solution design related to sales planning, forecasting, territory management, incentive compensation, pipeline management, and commercial analytics
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- 8–14 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Commercial Excellence, Sales Performance Management, Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related commercial platforms
- Strong understanding of Sales Planning, Forecasting, Territory Management, Pipeline Management, Opportunity Management, Incentive Compensation, Customer Engagement Processes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exposure to Analytics, AI, and GenAI use cases within commercial functions
- Ability to convert business requirements into analytics, reporting, automation, or AI-led solutions
- Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong consulting, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
- Experience in consulting organizations or client-facing advisory roles
- Exposure to commercial analytics, customer intelligence, revenue optimization, or sales effectiveness programs
- Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools
- Experience working with AI/GenAI-enabled business solutions is highly desirable
