They are seeking a Senior Content Workflow Transformation Consultant to manage the intersection of content workflow design and business readiness, ensuring efficient operations and resolving potential delivery issues before they arise.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client teams to stress‑test new content workflows before sign‑off, challenging steps that can be streamlined, automated or moved between teams
- Clarify ownership, roles and resourcing across Marketing, CRM, Creative, MarTech and Transformation so new ways of working are sustainable
- Surface unresolved business decisions, dependencies and risks early in the change process and drive them to closure
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions that keep stakeholders aligned, hold the room in complex discussions, and turn decisions into concrete changes in workflows, DAM and readiness plans
- Support the definition of 2026 transition and change outputs so new capabilities launch with clear governance, playbooks and adoption plans
Skills
- 5+ years' experience leading content workflow / content supply chain or marketing operations change in complex organisations
- Hands‑on experience with Workfront‑enabled ways of working – you've helped organisations land and adopt these capabilities in practice, not just documented requirements or configured tools
- Proven ability to hold the room: confident running senior stakeholder meetings, navigating conflicting priorities and driving towards clear decisions and next steps
- A track record of turning process designs and operating model slides into day‑to‑day behaviours across Marketing, Creative and Technology teams
- Ideally, experience in the Media sector or other content‑heavy environments where speed, scale and consistency of content really matter
