The Senior Director of Sales, Enterprise will lead and scale a high-performing sales team, developing a strategic sales vision to drive revenue growth and market expansion for enterprise-level clients in North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including CISO's and security leaders
- Identify and drive new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships with our Customer Success team
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of sales efforts
- Provide strategic sales leadership and drive consultative sales methodology
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness through refined sales processes and tools
- Represent Cobalt at industry events and networking opportunities
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership, focusing on cybersecurity and professional services
- Proven success in consultative sales, building strong relationships with security leaders
- Experience selling to enterprise clients, particularly to CISO's and security leadership
- Background in offensive security sales or strong understanding of cybersecurity services
- Strategic mindset with go-to-market plan development and execution skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, articulating security value propositions
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive, adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work remotely, ideally based in CST or EST time zone
