Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is a leading company in the cloud communications, customer engagement, and enterprise SaaS technology space seeking a Principal Talent Advisor to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This strategic recruiting role focuses on partnering with executive leaders and owning complex searches across Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and other critical G&A functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to VP and Director-level leaders across Enterprise Technology, Security, AI/ML, Finance, and Legal
- Own end-to-end recruiting for complex and specialized roles, from sourcing strategy through offer close
- Build proactive talent pipelines for highly competitive technical roles, including enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, and emerging technology spaces
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions
- Partner with leaders to define success profiles, calibrate interview processes, and improve hiring outcomes
- Navigate complex searches in a fast-moving environment where priorities and business needs evolve quickly
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process
- Lead compensation discussions and negotiate complex offers in partnership with internal teams
- Support broader G&A hiring needs, including specialized Finance and Legal searches, as business priorities shift
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and leverage emerging AI recruiting tools and technologies
Skills
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep expertise hiring for technical roles within technology, enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, engineering, or AI/ML environments
- Proven experience recruiting senior-level and hard-to-find technical talent
- Strong track record partnering with executive stakeholders and serving as a consultative talent advisor
- Ability to use talent analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategy
- Experience navigating complex hiring processes, compensation discussions, and offer negotiations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-powered recruiting technologies
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance or Legal recruiting is a plus
