They are seeking a Senior / Lead Product Management Consultant to drive complex initiatives, manage teams, and enhance the company's positioning in the consulting space.

Skills
- Experience as an Interim Product Manager in post-product market-fit digital-first companies
- Ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products
- Strong communication skills to articulate a compelling narrative about the product
- Ability to manage various groups consisting of strong personalities and adapt to their communication preferences
- Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring Associate Product Managers
- Ability to manage multiple parallel streams internally and externally
- High-ownership and high-visibility role experience
- Optimism and ability to handle high-pressure situations
