HireMinds is a global B2B marketing consulting agency, and they are seeking a Senior Media Account Manager to support one of its largest enterprise client engagements. The role involves building client relationships, leading marketing programs, and ensuring successful campaign delivery while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic contact for a key enterprise client
- Build strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and delivery
- Lead campaign execution from kickoff through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Partner with media and technical implementation teams to ensure programs are executed successfully
- Monitor campaign pacing and media budgets while communicating results and recommendations to clients
- Support marketing technology and ABM initiatives using platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, 6sense, and Demandbase
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business growth
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, program management, or project management within a B2B marketing agency or consulting environment
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Understanding of paid media, campaign reporting, and media budgets. Hands-on media buying experience is not required
- Experience supporting B2B demand generation, ABM, marketing automation, or integrated marketing programs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
