The Senior Product Manager will lead the transformation of ZoomInfo's applications by developing AI-native products that enhance how sales, marketing, and customer success teams engage with their target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI Product Lifecycle: Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch and iteration, leveraging generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLMs
- Set Vision and Roadmap: Define a compelling vision for how AI agents will reshape GTM workflows and translate it into a strategic, aligned roadmap
- Engage Customers: Partner with sales, marketing, and CS users to identify where AI-driven automation delivers the most value
- Measure What Matters: Define and track AI-centric metrics—agent task completion, model accuracy, automation rates—and turn insights into action using tools like Amplitude and Tableau
- Champion the User: Ensure AI capabilities solve real user problems, not just showcase technical possibilities
- Lead Cross-Functionally: Rally engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and GTM teams to ship intelligent, best-in-class experiences
- Align Stakeholders: Communicate AI product strategy clearly and compellingly to executives and cross-functional partners through regular written updates
