Mastech Digital is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead ServiceNow projects from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with business users, developers, testers, and leadership to gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Convert business needs into user stories and functional requirements
- Lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with developers, architects, testers, and business teams
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings and track project progress
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to leadership
- Help improve business processes using the ServiceNow platform
Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Program Coordinator
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating BRDs, user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and project plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or ITIL certifications
- Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, or large enterprise environments
