Tenth Revolution Group is a growing financial services organization seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer – Salesforce to lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions while serving as a technical leader and mentor within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that align with business objectives
- Evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, integrations, and third-party applications
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, governance, and compliance
- Manage Salesforce configuration including: Custom objects and fields, Validation rules, Page layouts, User access and permissions, Automation and workflow management
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using: Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Design System
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
- Ensure effective data flow, consistency, and governance across platforms
- Support API-based integrations and system interoperability
- Maintain data quality standards and conduct regular audits
- Design and implement automated workflows, approvals, and business processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud environments
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members
- Participate in solution reviews, testing strategies, and deployment planning
- Stay current with Salesforce innovation, releases, and industry best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience
- 3+ years of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience or equivalent financial services implementations
- Strong experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and development
- Experience with Salesforce Industries OmniStudio
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures
- Working knowledge of database concepts and application architecture
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or ITIL methodologies
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications
- Experience implementing or migrating Salesforce environments within banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries
- Experience evaluating and deploying AppExchange applications
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience supporting customer lifecycle management, sales operations, and marketing processes
