REMOTE Senior Tax Associate - WFH

Key Benefits Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year Overtime Pay: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for every hour of overtime worked Flexible Work Schedules: Enjoy Summer Fridays and a healthy work-life balance Busy Season Flexibility: Rarely exceeds 55 hours per week during peak periods Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health Insurance 401(k) with employer matching Life Insurance Supplemental Short and Long-Term Disability Growth Opportunities: Unlimited room for career advancement and professional development Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses, recruitment bonuses, and marketing incentives Service Awards: Recognition for long-term contributions to the firm Responsibilities Prepare a combination of Individual, S Corp, and Partnership tax returns Work with clients across multiple industries, including: International (Canada) Real Estate Professional Services Financial Institutions Automotive, Manufacturing, and Medical Practices Non-Profit Organizations, Oil and Gas, Restaurants, Commercial Businesses Identify tax issues and develop planning opportunities for clients Collaborate with Partners and other team members, with the potential for direct interaction with firm leadership Mentor and provide guidance to junior tax staff Qualifications CPA certification (or in progress) preferred 3+ years of tax preparation experience, particularly with individual, S Corp, and partnership returns Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team environment Why Join Us?
