[Remote] Senior Vice President Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prospera Executive is partnering with a recently private-equity-backed SaaS / tech-enabled services company entering its next phase of growth. As SVP of Finance, you will build the finance capability from the ground up, working directly with the CEO and Board to drive performance, control, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities • Building and leading an internal finance and accounting team (transitioning from outsourced). • Leading all FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting activity. • Partnering with the CEO and investors on financial strategy, KPIs, and value creation planning. • Driving systems and process improvements (ERP / BI implementation). • Supporting diligence, integration, and post-deal reporting for future acquisitions. • Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO, with a clear path to the CFO seat. Skills • 15+ years’ total experience, including 3+ years reporting to a CFO. • Strong grounding in accounting, FP&A, and operational finance. • Track record in SaaS, technology-enabled services; healthcare exposure advantageous. • Hands-on operator comfortable scaling finance from early maturity to best-in-class. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. • Data-driven communicator with the ability to influence at board level. • CPA / Big 4 background preferred Company Overview • Prospera Executive is a specialist executive search and interim management consultancy dedicated to connecting exceptional leadership talent with high-impact roles in private equity (PE) portfolio companies.
