They are seeking a ServiceNow Developer & QA Analyst to join their team, focusing on the design and customization of ServiceNow applications and services, as well as quality assurance testing.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years' experience with the design, build, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services is required
- 2+ years' experience with writing technical specification documents for development, performing testing, and/or performing configuration management for the implementation, enhancement or upgrade solutions in a cloud hosted environment is desired
- Implementation and/or maintenance experience is required in all of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, EA (APM)
- Ability to understand, exercise, and adhere to ServiceNow Platform best practices and CommonSpirit development management policies
- Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management Modules
- Testing Expertise: Solid grasp of QA methodologies, including manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
Skills
- 3+ years' experience with the design, build, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services is required
- Implementation and/or maintenance experience is required in all of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, EA (APM)
- 1 or more relevant technical/professional certifications required, including: ServiceNow System Admin (CSA), ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
- Ability to understand, exercise, and adhere to ServiceNow Platform best practices and CommonSpirit development management policies
- Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
