Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Servos is an Elite ServiceNow partner specializing in Customer and Creator Workflows, with a virtual team throughout the United States. They are seeking a Technical Consultant to solve technical problems on ServiceNow, engage in workshops, and develop solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage as a vital technical resource on projects with our team to develop and implement solutions for our clients on ServiceNow
- Help drive or participate in workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow’s top enterprise customers
- Develop a keen understanding of the solutions we implement and our client’s business
- Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and stay up to date with the latest platform versions & features
Skills
- Packing at least 2 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and integration experience
- A master problem solver who isn't afraid of the occasional head scratcher
- Someone with a keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output for our clients
- Client-centric with strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes
- An adventurer who wouldn't mind traveling up to 20% of the time
- Experienced in one, or more, the following preferred areas: Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, AppEngine Studio, and Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS)
