They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their Product Engagement team, responsible for improving user experience from account creation through enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve core product flows related to onboarding, activation, and enrollment
- Build and ship full stack features, from backend services to user-facing interfaces
- Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design, test, and iterate on changes that improve conversion
- Work closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners to ship solutions
- Contribute to systems that support engagement and lifecycle messaging
Skills
- Experience building and shipping production web applications across the stack
- Strong product judgment and comfort working through ambiguity
- Ability to reason about user behavior and use data to inform decisions
- Experience owning features end-to-end
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and good technical decision-making
- Work on onboarding, activation, or engagement-focused product areas
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company
- Background in healthcare, finance, or similarly complex domains
