Key Responsibilities • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, establishing yourself as a vital resource within the team. • Address complex financial issues with confidence, offering effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency. • Play a pivotal role in the monthly financial close process by managing expense accruals and generating insightful financial summaries. • Oversee expense management for various locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. • Lead and implement key projects, including system updates and site changes, enhancing operational effectiveness. • Analyze financial data and prepare reports that reveal critical insights for decision-making. • Create and manage journal entries and expense accruals, ensuring meticulous financial documentation. • Conduct monthly variance analyses on P&L statements, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business performance. • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to streamline invoicing processes for optimal transaction accuracy. • Actively participate in customer financial reviews and internal meetings, articulating variances and classifications effectively. • Serve as a reliable source of financial information for audits and various stakeholder requests. • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Operations and other Finance/Accounting teams, enhancing teamwork and communication. Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience. • A minimum of 3 years in finance or accounting roles, with a strong analytical focus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment. • Demonstrated capability in navigating complex situations with tact and sensitivity. • Proven track record of analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with remote teams. • Comfort in fast-paced environments and openness to change. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
