The Sr. Director, Integrated & Seasonal Marketing will lead cross-functional marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Using customer data and insights, business performance, and competitive intelligence, lead a team to create the strategy to drive growth and differentiated positioning for the Petco master brand
- Leads the company’s multifaceted enterprise marketing planning process, including: crafting and owning the marketing strategy, integrated marketing plans, and budgets for multi-business initiatives. Additionally, lead annual marketing planning working closely with key stakeholders such as Merchandising, Finance, Ecommerce
- Leads the orchestration of highly complex enterprise-wide integrated marketing campaigns and activations – in addition to membership campaigns – in partnership with cross-functional business and marketing leaders. Accountable for the integrated brief through to the tactical execution and results across all marketing channels
- Provides supervision to assigned staff: includes activities such as hiring, counseling, guiding, training and delivery of disciplinary processes as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience as a B2C marketing leader, ideally in an integrated marketing role
- A minimum of five years should have served in a supervisory capacity with proven experience leading cross functional teams to a successful outcome
