Kaye/Bassman International is a global multinational biotech/MedTech company seeking a Senior Clinical Marketing Manager to join their global marketing team. The role involves evaluating clinical data and developing strategies to drive adoption for innovative diagnostic products used in emergency medicine and urgent care settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical data and develop strategies to drive adoption for disruptive products
- Understand clinical workflows in emergency medicine and urgent care settings
- Leverage previous marketing experience and frontline clinical experience
- Impact global product positioning, branding, and messaging
- Create impactful strategies and drive adoption for the product portfolio
- Work closely with global KOLs and customers to map workflows and discover opportunities and potential barriers
- Evaluate clinical data to ensure messaging highlights clinical benefits and value proposition
- Generate clinical playbooks and sales enablement tools highlighting data-driven consultative selling tools
- Work closely with KOLs and lead advisory boards
- Lead sales trainings and meetings
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team on future clinical strategies
- Work in cross-functional teams with marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and other departments
Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the Biotech/MedTech industry
- 2+ yrs clinical experience as a nurse, medical doctor or other frontline clinical health care provider
- Experience with clinical marketing, KOLs and advisory boards
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Medical Doctor degree or similar
- Previous experience in emergency medicine or urgent care is a plus
