Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mathematical models based on business requirements

- Prepare technical documentation of models and solution approaches
- Lead reviews of models, solution approaches, and code with the team
- Test packages to ensure they perform as expected
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less-experienced team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Optimization, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience applying Operations Research techniques in a business environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of programming languages and software development tools
- Excellent communication, partnering, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
