They are seeking a Senior DAI Support SME to serve as the lead functional consultant, providing advanced DAI expertise and mentoring junior personnel while resolving complex financial system issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I functional support
- Provide financial management assistance
- Conduct user training
- Perform business process analysis
- Create reports
- Resolve issues
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Serve as the primary functional expert supporting DAI users
- Assist Government leadership
- Resolve highly complex financial system issues
- Mentor junior personnel
- Lead SME during Government meetings
- Advise leadership on DAI improvements
- Develop strategic recommendations
- Lead root cause investigations
- Support enterprise process improvements
- Coordinate with DAI PMO
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Federal Financials
- Minimum 15 years of experience in DAI implementation and sustainment
- Minimum 15 years of experience in federal financial operations
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Department of Defense financial management
- Master's degree preferred
- 10–15+ years of federal financial systems experience
- Direct DAI experience
- Oracle Federal Financials expertise
- Department of Defense financial operations experience
- Navy or Naval Special Warfare support experience
- ERP implementation experience
- Federal audit support experience
- Financial process improvement experience
