The Staff Product Manager will lead product strategy and work cross-functionally to drive product success from ideation to launch.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure seamless product development and delivery
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user engagement and revenue
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuously looking for ways to improve the product experience
- Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing products through the full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to define product vision and strategy while also focusing on execution and delivery
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to work closely with engineering teams
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed product decisions
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
