[Remote] Strategic Finance Analyst (Part-Time)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. i2i Workforce is looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst (Part-Time) to support client delivery and help scale internal systems. The role involves delivering financial insights, building dashboards, and managing client operations for high-growth startups. Responsibilities Build & update dashboards and monthly reporting (Google Sheets + Excel) Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and key KPIs Pull and interpret reports from QuickBooks Online Prepare client meeting materials and track deliverables Conduct market research and benchmarking as needed Create and maintain SOPs for recurring client work Build templates for dashboards, forecasts, and reports Support implementation of client tracking tools and internal metrics Identify and implement process improvements to scale our service delivery Skills 1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, accounting, or startup operations Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (bonus if you've built models from scratch) Fluency in QuickBooks Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, through a finance lens Detail-oriented, self-directed/motivated, and highly organized Creative Problem-Solver Comfortable working async, managing your own workflow, and adapting as we grow Located in or near Denver (strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Prior internships or roles supporting early-stage companies Experience with financial modeling, reporting, or operations Exposure to collaborative tools like Notion, Slack, G-Suite Benefits Direct mentorship from the Founder and Fractional CFO Opportunity to grow with a firm building scalable financial systems for modern entrepreneurs Company Overview Your Talent Partner for Human Resources Services, Recruitment and Contract Staffing.
