Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Student Finance Trainer, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journeys of students across the nation. As a fully remote position, we are looking for dedicated individuals residing in eligible U.S. states, eager to enhance their professional skills in a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging training materials that enhance the competencies of the Student Finance department. Facilitate in-person, hybrid, and remote training sessions focused on financial aid, student accounts, and regulatory compliance. Remain up-to-date on federal, state, and institutional regulations, integrating necessary updates into training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning teams to create and refine training content. Maintain and regularly update training documents, ensuring all resources are relevant and accurate. Participate in special projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Required Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong listening skills with a capacity for problem-solving and providing constructive feedback. Innovative mindset with a proven ability to learn swiftly and adapt to changing circumstances. A passion for lifelong learning and professional development. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office365, video conferencing platforms, and design software. Familiarity with learning and development tools. Meticulous attention to detail, focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a remote work setting. Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial aid or student finance. At least 1-2 years of experience in management or learning and development roles.
