Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver engaging training materials that enhance the competencies of the Student Finance department. • Facilitate in-person, hybrid, and remote training sessions focused on financial aid, student accounts, and regulatory compliance. • Remain up-to-date on federal, state, and institutional regulations, integrating necessary updates into training programs. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning teams to create and refine training content. • Maintain and regularly update training documents, ensuring all resources are relevant and accurate. • Participate in special projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Qualifications • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial aid or student finance. • At least 1-2 years of experience in management or learning and development roles.
