Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution. The Supply Chain Regional Fulfillment Manager for Key Accounts and East Region will manage all Supply Chain Fulfillment Analysts and lead the Fulfillment function for Key Account responsibilities across US and Canada Distribution Centers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Supply Chain Fulfillment Analysts I and II for all Distribution and Redistribution Centers (DCs) located in the East Region
- Lead Fulfillment function for all Key Account responsibilities in US & Canada DCs, and act as liaison between other DC departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain Planner, Regional Leadership, etc.)
- Lead and manage various meetings related to SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and OSMI (Obsolete, Slow-Moving Inventory) in all responsible DCs
- Ensure team completes timely processing of replenishing repeatable goods, by creating purchase orders (POs) for buy/sell items from vendors and stock transfer orders (STOs) for Dawn to Dawn items ensuring PO/STO accuracy in SAP & Blue Yonder system
- Lead the team in developing supply strategies to support Key Account Customers by channel, in close partnership with the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning & Analyst
- Attract and retain strong talent and lead efforts with recruiting team. Provide coaching and guidance to support team member development
- Monthly review & reporting of performance against KPIs; including: OTIF, DIOH, OSMI (Obsolescence, Slow-Moving Inventory), truckload utilization, Blue Yonder system adoption, expedited freight, unplanned freight variance, cost management, etc
- Regularly partner with Director of Planning & Fulfillment, Regional Fulfillment Managers, Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning & Analyst, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, DC Customer Logistics / Operations, etc
- Ensure DCs align & conform to all Fulfillment policies, best practices and new technology adoption
- Lead Fulfillment team to follow up on inventory concerns, expedite orders, review demand, and all other fulfillment activities
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested

- Travel up to 35% required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related business degree preferred and 7 years of related supply chain experience in a distribution environment or in lieu of degree 11 years of Supply Chain experience
- 4 years Management experience with minimum of 4 direct reports. Previous experience leading and developing multi-site, project management, and remote work team highly preferred
- SAP, Blue Yonder & Advanced Excel hands-on experience preferred
- Experience with customer management highly preferred
- Food industry experience highly preferred
