The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations will steer the operational strategy and execution across the organization, overseeing multiple departments to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and market demands
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development
- Oversee daily operations, including supply chain management, production, quality assurance, and customer service to maintain operational excellence
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and technology integration
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks and uphold corporate governance
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational agility to respond effectively to changing business environments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Minimum of five (5) years of investigative experience (government or private sector)
- Minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience, demonstrating the ability to resolve client issues and conduct management and technical reviews to ensure quality
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing a nationwide field staff supporting Government projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's operations (e.g., manufacturing, technology, logistics)
- Proven Law Enforcement experience Federal or State
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and integrating new technologies into operations
- Experience working in a global or multi-national operational environment
