Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for early career exempt and non-exempt positions
- Support the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies for assigned business lines or talent areas
- Build and manage talent pools to support workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and external compliance requirements
- Educate and guide business line leaders on the recruitment process, including interview training, market conditions, and inclusive hiring practices
- Analyze and leverage recruitment data to inform leaders and effectively attract talent
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, including training in human resources interviewing and selection, affirmative action, and Equal Opportunity compliance
- High volume or campus recruitment experience
