[Remote] Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Multiple Openings | Fully Remote ($150-215K+)

LEVELOCITI is a nationally recognized CPA firm expanding its team with experienced professionals at the Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager levels. The role involves leading client relationships, overseeing complex tax planning and compliance, and mentoring staff while delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities • Lead and manage client relationships across a portfolio of flow-through entities (S Corps, LLCs, Partnerships) and their owners • Oversee complex tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements • Mentor and review the work of seniors and staff, fostering growth and accountability • Conduct technical tax research and communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues • Collaborate with partners to identify and implement client-focused tax strategies • Deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong attention to deadlines and detail Skills • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) • 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience • Strong technical foundation in partnership, S-Corp, and individual taxation • Experience managing staff and client engagements • Active CPA or EA required • Master's in Taxation or Accounting (preferred) • Background in advisory, planning, or private foundation work is a plus Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • FSA / HSA options • Employer-paid life and disability insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid parental leave and wellness programs • Legal and ID protection plans • A collaborative, people-first culture that actually lives up to it Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
