No experience required — we provide training, software, guidance, and clients.

You will prepare simple to moderate tax returns using our training tools, software, and team support.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in completing their tax return (W-2, CTC, EIC, Schedule C, etc.)
Use our secure software to file federal & state returns
Maintain communication with clients
Follow Refund Royale’s due diligence checklist
Attend 1–2 weekly team meetings (virtual)
Promote your unique referral link for extra bonuses

Requirements
• Must be 18+
• Smartphone or laptop
• Reliable WiFi
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn
• PTIN required (we help you get it)
Pay Structure
This is a 1099 commission-based role.
You earn:
• 60%-80% of each tax return depending on experience & performance
• Bonuses for high performers
• $100–$1,500 Referral bonuses
Top preparers make $50k-$100k+ each season.
