Remote Tax Preparers / Agents (Independent Contractors)(Seasonal & Year Round Opportunity)

A+ Financial Solutions is expanding and seeking motivated, coachable, and business-minded Tax Preparers / Agents to join our fast growing team for the upcoming tax season and beyond. This is a remote, commission- based opportunity designed for independent contractors who are ready to build their own client base . No experience needed Full Tax, Marketing & Branding Training provided. We specialize in helping individual, families and small business owners maximize refunds, stay compliant with tax laws, and receive exceptional service across 50 states. What You’ll Be Doing • Prepare accurate and compliant federal and state tax returns ( individual & small business) • Conduct virtual client interviews and gather financial documentation. • Educate clients on credits, deductions and tax saving strategies . • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to IRS guideline. • Build and manage your own client relationship. • Attend virtual trainings and team calls. Requirements • Must be highly self-motivated and able to secure your own clients (we provide tools to succeed, not leads) • Willingness to learn and grow in the tax industry. • PTIN required (will assist with obtaining) • Strong customer service, communication and time management skills. • Access to a laptop, Wi-Fi and quiet environment.
