Job Details We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Remote Tax Senior to join our Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Senior or Senior Tax Associate positions with a focus on multi-state income tax returns, sales tax, use tax, property tax returns, tax provision, and governmental regulations. This is a permanent remote position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities • Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations • Prepare and review multi-state income tax returns • Prepare and file sales tax, use tax, and property tax returns • Assist with tax provision and year-end accruals • Assist with general accruals and other accounting-related tasks • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations • Communicate effectively with clients and team members • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Senior or Senior Tax Associate positions • Strong knowledge of multi-state income tax returns, sales tax, use tax, and property tax returns • Experience with tax provision and year-end accruals • Experience with governmental regulations and compliance • Big 4 public accounting experience preferred • CPA certification preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Detail-oriented and organized If you are a self-motivated and experienced tax professional with a passion for excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
