GSD Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their Digital Workplace Experience organization supporting a large financial services enterprise. This role involves driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal technology platforms that enhance employee experience through collaboration and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for multiple Digital Workplace Experience platforms
- Partner with business leaders to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improving the employee technology experience
- Translate business needs into product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
- Balance new features, technical debt, security initiatives, compliance requirements, and operational improvements when prioritizing work
- Drive product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap planning across multiple initiatives
- Define and measure success through KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
- Lead product launches, user adoption efforts, change management, and communication strategies to maximize business value
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, executive stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams
- Help shape the organization's strategy around AI-enabled workplace technologies, automation, and emerging collaboration platforms
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, architecture, technical consulting, or a related technical discipline
- At least 3 years of experience managing technical products, enterprise platforms, or internal technology solutions
- Experience working directly with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile product management, backlog management, roadmap development, and user story creation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining focus on business outcomes
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality who can operate with minimal direction
- Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms in areas such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive), Endpoint Management, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Platforms, Collaboration Technologies, IT Service Management (ITSM), Voice & Contact Center Platforms, Enterprise Automation, AI-enabled workplace technologies
- Candidates do not need to be engineers but should be technically fluent enough to understand architecture discussions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and effectively partner with engineering teams
- Experience supporting internal IT organizations or Digital Workplace teams
- Background in financial services, insurance, fintech, or another highly regulated industry
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Cisco, or similar technologies
- Previous experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, infrastructure engineer, or technical consultant
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with AI products, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms, or enterprise AI adoption
- Product management certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, Pragmatic Institute, or similar are a plus
