Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Antaris is a company founded in 2021 that provides TrueTwinTM, a virtualization platform for space and all-domain missions. They are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support their Sales organization by partnering with aerospace and defense customers to understand their technical and business needs and demonstrate the potential of the Antaris Platform.
Responsibilities
- Delivering compelling discovery discussions and software demonstrations
- Helping scope proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Working with Services, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure successful outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years of pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or related experience
- Experience in the satellite industry and an understanding of how space systems are designed and operated
- Ability to whiteboard solutions quickly and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled in understanding customer needs and being able to align our solutions to their needs
- Experienced in developing product demonstrations and leading Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives
- An understanding of the relevant security concerns when deploying software for national security missions
- Active (or recent) TS/SCI is a plus
- Experience serving defense customers
- Kubernetes, Docker, cloud native technologies
- Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Environment/software security compliance
