The Technical Support / Call Center Representative position is a full-time remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including the possibility of weekend shifts, and involves handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly ,
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person ,
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling ,
- Utilize office and computerized systems to input data and maintain records ,
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services ,
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred ,
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer support techniques ,
- Familiarity with call center operations is a plus ,
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written ,
- Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions ,
- Knowledge of client services principles and practices
