Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. recruitSG is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their team as remote Telesales/Sales Development Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and set appointments for sales team
- Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling
- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions
- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly appointment set targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless success in deal closure
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Highly driven individual and result-oriented to hit KPIs
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred
- Malaysians are preferred (Able to speak Mandarin and English)
